Answer: Hi, i think the moisture you get comes directly from the heat it now does carry. It is the steam against the fabric, that becomes water, so the fabric feels wet/moist/humid. It does happen sometimes with mine but i don’t care, i just make sure i leave it to dry before storing it anywhere ( to avoid a bad smell). -

Answer: I have had mine for at least a year and half. It is perfect condition. I use for neck and shoulders. I bought another one for my granddaughter for her knees due to rheumatoid arthritis Great find!
