Answer: Yes and no. It is not intended to be refilled, but you could with some effort. There is a cap at the bottom of the base (the part with ridges) of the inhaler. This cap can come off, but it won't come off easily. You would probably need to use something to pry it off. -
Question: do you inhale through the nose?then let it out through the mouth ,, or or put it to your mouth and inhale and hold your breath?
Answer: We suggest deep breaths through the nose then exhale through the nose or mouth. You don't have to hold your breath, but you should breathe deeply and slowly.
