Answer: Basically, the Velcro goes inside. I don’t think they have right foot on. -

Answer: I have not washed my Ankle Support. Purchased it a few months ago. It is a 1 piece support. It fits snugly around my ankle. Because of the material, I suggest if you want to wash it, it should be washed by hand in soapy warm water. -

Answer: It says made in USA but there’s no manufacturer and the stitching on it is poorly done. I’ve only worn this a few times and the stitching on both sides are coming loose and unwinding. Buck Mullen -

Question: So I am clear.. this can't be worn with sneakers or boots?
Answer: I wear this ankle support throughout the day, wearing for the most part, tennis shoes. I would think that boots would work as well. When biking, I cannot wear it as my toe-clip shoes fit too snugly to allow me to wear the support. -
