    Okay if you can get past the taste
    Great source of protein, and dissolves easily but tastes very gross - chalky and bitter and difficult to conceal. I added it to my oatmeal with cacao, spices, and stevia (and more monkfruit). to try and cover the bitterness but it still came through.

    Tolerable flavor, isn't as neutral as whey
    I'm not vegan, just someone looking to try a different (and cheaper) protein then whey. So far its ok, it doesn't taste as neutral as whey, is a little gritty on the tounge and kinda has a powder mill kinda flavor to it. Water + milk + coca powder + table sugar makes it palatable for me.

    Great to add a plant based protein to things
    Great for adding a plant-based protein to things. :-). I like to use it in baked goods like banana bread etc. I wouldn't even know it was there, so it's perfect!

    Good Quality Vegan Protein
    It is hard to find a good quality affordable vegan protein. We have used this one for a while.
