Question: Can you wash the outside cover?
Answer: No. It is not removable. -
Question: What size is this wrap?
Answer: I am 5' tall and reaches up to my waist, exactly as shown in the picture. Covers entire width of my back. -
Question: Can you lie on this or do you have to lay on your stomach to use this product?
Answer: You can lay on this as there are no electric/electronic components, which, ordinarily could be crushed by a user’s weight. -
Question: What is the width (on the back) and length from neck?
Answer: The measurements for the Premium Heated Microwaveable wrap is: From the seam at the base of the collar, the Shoulder and Back area is 16" x 16" The collar is an additional 5" as to cover the neck well. -
Question: Does this item fasten in the front?
Answer: No, it doesn't fasten in the front. However, there is about four inches overlap with filling in it. That's not quite enough to hold it in place while standing, however, one could create a"strap" using two alligator clips and some fabric to make a fastener. One could easily get creative here. I use it while sitting in a chair or couch leaning against the back of the furniture, or lying down as in the photo.
