Question: Under product details, it says that 1 aaa battery is required. why can't these pads be used without power? do they vibrate or have lights on them?
Answer: Ah, wow! Sounds like some of those Chinese product descriptions. Have used Tucks (and generics) for many years. None required a battery. Maybe an new FDA approved method that zaps the hemorrhoid? Now that would hurt. Just a joke. No, don't worry about electricity. -
Question: How long do they stay cool?
Answer: They give an immediate cooling sensation but I wouldn’t say it’s long lasting. Also if you refrigerate the container that’s pretty great for a cooling sensation. You certainly get a stronger relief that way but again the container won’t stay very cool outside of the fridge for more than a couple of hours. -
Question: Can I use these with regular pads?
Answer: These are a pad wet with Witch Hazel to clean the hemorrhoids. You may need more than one to clean away the bacteria and bodily matter. Not sure what you mean by “regular pads.” -
Question: What are the dimensions of these pads 3x3?
Answer: I think Nicole gave the dimensions of the box it came in...strange answer when the pads are round -

Answer: The ingredients are listed and does not show to contain phenylephrine. -
Question: is the Tucks maximum strength 5% Lidocaine cream sold separately in larger tubes?
Answer: No- it is not sold separately -
Question: How did you use these during postpartum? Did you wipe vaginal tears, or just put on top of pad/diaper?
Answer: Personally, I did use them to wipe but I would first recommend using a medical cleaning bottle and then using a patting motion to clean tears. I always placed them to line the pad/post partum diaper. My youngest is a toddler and I will still use them when I feel irritation from being on my period. Great product! -
Question: Is there propylene glycol in either the pads or the cream? It's not listed on the box for either one, but is listed as an ingredient elsewhere.
Answer: I'm sorry, I'm not an expert in this field & I think this question may be better suited for someone from the company to answer. There should be a number for the company to call & ask them this question.
