    • Question: Will this work in my washing machine? I may have ordered the wrong one ! Thanks

      Answer: This is for a DISHwasher. It is NOT for a clothes washing machine.
    • Question: Does not work followed directions: twice empty dishwasher ran. twice empty dishwasher with Lemi Shine, Lemi shine in dispenser, detergent in center

      Answer: The way I use Lemi Shine is to add my detergent to the bottom of the dishwasher, then put Lemi Shine in the cups on the door and run a normal wash. I do not use the heated dry feature of my dishwasher. Since I started using Lemi Shine with my detergent, my dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. come out without any spots. I have a rather old dishwasher, so its necessary to remove all food, etc. and lightly rinse prior to adding dishes to the dishwasher. If you have an additional question, I'll be happy to try to answer.

    Same as the specialty cleaners for a fraction of the price
    We buy this by the case. Use in the dishwasher to remove scale and calcium deposits, and also in the coffee and espresso machines, and to periodically descale our faucets and fixtures. You’ll pay 10x~20x for those fancy espresso cleaner packets, and it’s the same stuff

    Excellent product for adding to regular detergent
    This stuff really works! Glasses are notably cleaner than with just detergent alone. We are regular users.

    Makes the dishes sparkling clean
    I have purchased this product before and highly recommend it. In my opinion I feel it gets the dishes cleaner.

    Great for hard water living area!
    I live off well water which is very calcium build up when I wash my dishes in the dishwasher. I add my dishwasher soap and this powder and they come out shiny and practically like new! Recommend if you have water that very hard in your area you live.

    Works amazing!
    Sadly the water in our town is hard. My dishwasher was only 3 years old and the hard water deposits were really building up. I was shocked at the difference after the first use. The stainless tub is bright and shining again just like when we purchased it. We will certainly continue to use this awesome product.

    Takes away the chalky film right now!
    My dishes and dishwasher (new) were coated with a chalky film. Ugh. I was rewashing by hand, and what’s the point of a dishwasher, right? This product works like magic! The dishes are sparkly clean and I’m happy!
