Question: does this work through screen?
Answer: yes, it cleans screen as well as window and sills. great stuff. follow instruction, use on cloudy day'. this really works and saves lots of time and work.so easy to use. have fun -
Question: How many feet does this spray out? will it reach 2nd floor windows? thank you!
Answer: The distance depends on your water pressure. I can reach my 2nd story windows. I suggest spraying when neighbors are less likely to be using lots of water, such as when they are watering yards. -
Question: Is there a refill for this product?
Answer: This must have been an old post because I bought the refill bottle. It will fill that spray bottle 4x. -
Question: What is the differencd between Windex in the green bottle and Windex in the blue bottle?
Answer: Great question, Joan! While the color of the bottle has changed, the formula remains the same. -
Question: Does this damage or kill the grass when it drips down to the ground?
Answer: No, it is safe for plants and grass. I've never had a problem. It says not to use it on prefab decks I think though. Can't remember exactly. -
Question: what is the dilution ratio of the sprayer in case i want to use it in a bottle sprayer, eg, 1 part solution to 10 parts water?
Answer: Great question – Windex® Outdoor Concentrated Cleaner is intended to only be used in its original container, so we don’t have dilution ratios available to share. -
Question: How far will the spray reach? In feet?
Answer: Not sure...maybe 15 to 20 feet...but not very powerful...it also leaked. The product didn't work so well. I will have to purchase a pressure cleaner. -
Question: Can window screens be left in place?
Answer: I leave my screens in place and the windows become clean, as, I think, so do the screens. -
Question: Does the product ingredient include any alcohols in it?
Answer: Label Ingredients does not list alcohol on it. Just states "cleaning agents" Maybe check SC JOHNSON web site for more details. -
Question: the ad shows two (2) 32 ounce or one qt. when only one (1) bottle was delivered was it 64 ounce or two its. ????
Answer: The product is excellent for outdoor windows. This offer shows 2 bottles, only 1 bottle arrived. Still 32oz
