    Great for metatarsal relief but could give you some other type of wearable pain
    I recently thought that I may have some metatarsal pain in both of my feet so hint, I bought this. These pads have helped with my metatarsal pain IMMENSELY!!! HOWEVER!!, if slipped on too tight, the stitch between the big toe and the index toe can start to hurt after a while. The same could be said for the stitch on the outside of the little toe. Those are the only draw backs about this product. It helps greatly with the metatarsal pain but could give a different kind of pain from wearing them. Now that also being said, I have started a new job where I am on my feet for about 12 hours a day, the wearable pain may be less for people that are on their feet less than me.

    Relief!
    First, this is an amazing company to do business with. They are quick to respond and value their customers. I purchased this product not knowing there were 2 pair in the package. On the package was the #4 so I assumed I could use the 4 for the one foot I had a neuroma on. That was not the case but all was not lost. I could use the left foot pad with some very flat slippers I own. The relief from my neuroma was instantaneous. I also used a pad inside of my sneakers. It was terrific. The Metatarsal Gel pads I believe worked just great for my issue and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    The cushion is good yet the fabric between the toes is uncomfortable especially after 8 hours of wear at work.

    Not for prolonged use
    The way these are manufactured eventually the bands around the edges start digging into your skin and the space between your big and middle toes and it's quite a bother.
