Answer: I purchased my latest bottle of spray in Sept of 2021 with an expiration date of 12/2022. It is now Nov 2021 and it's still working miracles on my leg and foot cramps. -

Answer: Great question. Try removing the sprayer and washing it in a little warm soapy water. If that doesn't work you can try lubricating the sprayer with a drop of a silicone based lubricant.
