Question: Does it have a brush /brushes to get up spots?
Answer: Yes - it is a brush that is very stiff and gets spots out easily. I love it. -
Question: Does the package state this is safe for use around pets?
Answer: There is a special formula made especially for pet stains, but I do not recall it stating on the package to be "pet safe". I use it with my pet and have never had any problems. -
Question: What does "usp" mean? the one i got from local pharmacy does not have usp on it.

Question: what refills does it use?
Answer: 22oz can of resolve that states to the right "easy clean pro refill". -
Question: The steps to using this would be vacuum the rug, foam & brush, let dry, vacuum again? There is no rinsing the rug after foaming before vacumming?
Answer: I didn't reread the instructions but as I remember them, you do not rinse the rug after foaming...just vacuum well. -
Question: about haw long does it take the carpet to dry?
Answer: It takes about 6 to 8 hours to dry. Best used when it is hot outside like summertime. Do remember to vacuum carpet when it is dry and open windows for ventilation. -
Question: What is subscribe mean?
Answer: I think it means you want continuous shipments of this product every so many months. It was a one time purchase for me. -
Question: Does this foam solution disinfect the carpet?
Answer: No, Resolve High Traffic foam deep cleans and freshens carpets but is not a disinfectant.
