Question: When you use on carpet how do you rinse?
Answer: I dabbed with paper towels. I used Oxy carpet and upholstery spray. And dabbed with dry paper towels. You can’t tell where the spot was. -

Answer: You use your own drill, battery powered for safety. -
Question: What power drill would you recommend?
Answer: Any battery powered drill with a keyless chuck would work. If you don't have one, find a smaller model that fits your hand and balances nicely. -
Question: Does it fit any drill?
Answer: I would say yes, if the drill chuck can take 1/4" drill bit. The brush has a 1/4" hex metal 'bit' that goes into the drill chuck.
