    • Question: Why do some say the handle does not stay together? What have you done to fix to issue?

      Answer: Broom was great for awhile, then the handle just wouldn't stay screwed on. The Gorilla glue is drying as I write this. It's extremely frustrating—would not recommend or buy again.
    • Question: Is this item supposed to look a little tattered on the bottom of the bristles? It arrived this way? Referring to the cassabella broom.

      Answer: Thank you for the question, yes the "tattered" look on the bottom is actually called a flagging the bristles. It makes the bristles look like split ends on the bottom, which gives them more surface area to pick up dust, dirt, etc and improves function on the broom.
    • Question: Is it possible to adjust size? Maybe just use 2 poles, instead of 3?

      Answer: Yes. You could just not use the top segment or eliminate the middle segment. The top and bottom segments will screw together.
    • Question: Are the bristles soft or scratchy feeling?

      Answer: The bristles are soft and "flagged" at the bottom, which is similar to a split end (as you can see in the image the bottom of the bristles are a lighter gray then the rest). This allows each bristle to cover more surface area for optimal sweeping!
    • Question: Is this broom for wood floors?

      Answer: Any floor but carpet
    • Question: What is this best used for?

      Answer: Love this broom, so easy to sweep with, and it get's into the corners.
    • Question: Will the bristles scratch hardwood floors?

      Answer: I don’t think so! They are pretty soft plastic.
    • Question: How do I buy the original broom? The one you are currently selling is different from the pictures and is not of the old quality.

      Answer: I think I bought the original and if it’s the original I am not pleased with the quality.
    • Question: Is the handle (pole) metal or plastic ? Seems some brands use heavy steel handles. Thanks

    Efficient and easy to use
    This broom and dustpan set gets the job done. The bristles are soft yet effective at sweeping up dust and debris. The dustpan is also large enough to hold a good amount of dirt without spilling. Overall, a great buy.

    Great value for the price
    For the price, you can't beat this broom and dustpan set. It's sturdy and does a great job of sweeping up dirt. The dustpan also snaps onto the broom for easy storage. Very happy with this purchase.

    Excellent quality and design
    I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this broom and dustpan set. The bristles are strong and durable, and the angled design makes it easy to reach into corners. The dustpan also has a rubber edge that helps to pick up every last bit of dust. Highly recommend!

    Amazing broom and dustpan set!
    I love this broom and dustpan set. The angled design makes it so easy to sweep up dirt and debris. The bristles are also very effective at picking up pet hair. Highly recommend!

    Perfect
    This is just what I was looking for. It is soft at the tips, but just stiff enough to get under things, and pick up the dirt. Narrow, but not too narrow. It is a Goldilocks broom.

    A Quality Broom, If a Bit Small
    First the good: this broom is well made. Be aware: you do have to put it together yourself. Be sure to follow the included instructions! After assembly, the broom is high quality, catching dust and hair with ease. The included dustpan is surprisingly adept at scooping up that dust and hair, with very little left at the edge of the dustpan. Now the other (not bad) info: it's a surprisingly narrow broom. Yes, you can look at the dimensions listed on the product page, but until you have it in your hands, you're not absolutely sure of the size. Again, this broom is not very wide, even if it is good at sweeping. All in all, you can't go wrong with this one, just be aware of how narrow it is.
