Answer: my dad is 83 now and still taking these supplements and so far i havent noticed any decline in his memory. i still say these supplements are a god send to him and has help stop the decline of his memory. diet is key to this also plus the supplements. -
Question: Why are there so many added ingredients like the dicalcium phosphate and the croscarmellose sodium...are any harmful and what are they?
Answer: I'm not a scientist..just a consumer. Look it up please. You'll get answers from researching it..not a consumer who ordered it due to caring for her dying mom. -
Question: Why is it recommended not taking this after 4pm?
Answer: B12 gives you energy and you don’t want energy boosts to sleep. B12 is part of what is in this supplement. -
