Answer: Bentonite clay and activated charcoal don’t go bad. That’s Jar 2. As for the herbs in the Jar 1, you’re pretty safe until a couple years after expiration. The dates are regulated as both a means of safety and also marketing. When in doubt, use your smell, sight, and intuition. -

Answer: I don't know. Maybe compare the ingredients to see if it is similar. -
Question: Should the morning bowel movement happen before or after breakfast? Or does it matter?
Answer: You should have some movement or urge upon awaking. Not sure how long you have been taking and what your dosage is? I find taking the maximum formula with the intestinal 1 a perfect match. I buy it off his website. It allows me to take less pills and I don’t have the burning or burping up during the day. I also take my pills mid morning and make sure I drink plenty of water. -

Answer: #1 does not make loose stool firm. #2 would probably help to make loose stool firm.
