Question: I use laundry pods in a he front loader, can i use this since i won't be mixing it in with the soap?
Answer: I don’t know but my method has been to mix with liquid laundry detergent in the soap dispenser. So far, years in fact, this works great. I also run a washing machine cleaner once a month. Probably overkill but who knows. -
Question: Can this be used in the bathwater?
Answer: Yes, I use 1/2 capful in my bath and then a capful of Vitabath Spring Green. The water is like silk with tons of lather that rinses clean and no bathtub ring. I've used it for years and my skin has never been irritated - quite the opposite. All it does is soften the water. -
Question: Can you use this in a dishwasher?
Answer: I don’t think so! It says for laundry! -
Question: Does this prevent clothes from fading?
Answer: I think it does, due to the hard waters heavy mineral content being harsh on clothes. I have been using this for years and our clothes don't fade. I might also mention we live in one of heaviest hard water areas in the country. -

Question: I used it once and my clothes came out stinky like rotten eggs! What did I do wrong?!
Answer: I have used this product multiple times a week for several years and that has never happened to me. My guess is that there was something in your machine, or something growing (like mold) that made it into your wash. Be sure to clean your machine once in awhile and if it is an HE machine, always keep the door open at least a crack when it’s not in use or mold will grow where you cannot see it and it will make your clothes stink. -
Question: Can I get the missing 3 bottles shipped?
Answer: I think so Sometimes I receive partial shipment because it’s in demand I’m guessing . But they always catch me up on what I pay for -
Question: Is this safe for high efficiency front loaders?
Answer: I have a HE top loader and I use it in the fabric softner tray with no problem
