Question: About 1/3 of them survive the entire cycle. Can anyone tell me why?
Answer: I've been using them for years and have never had one not dissolve completely. Three possible causes come to mind: detergent chamber door not opening soon enough, or opening incompletely; wash cycle not long enough; or maybe the water isn't hot enough (we keep our water heater at around 120 degrees and run the kitchen faucet till hot before starting diahwasher). -
Question: Do you unwrap the silver wrap on the detergent before use
Answer: The wrap on the product I have is clear, not silver and i do not unwrap it. -
Question: Hello. The description says "disposal wrapper"--Are these tabs the kind that are coated in a plastic--like laundry pods?
Answer: The tabs are coated. I can't confirm that the composition is the same as laundry pods. The coating is a transparent and appears to be the thickness of tissue. A gross comparison is that laundry pods to Finish pods are like the thickness of a 2x4 to 1/4" plywood. We've used these for several years at the suggestion of our plumber. Coupled with Jet-Dry and we've had no complaints about cleaning or appearance of dishes and silverware at all since our switch. Very happy ... -
Question: How many are in the order? The packaging says 117, and the description says 110.
Answer: I never counted them but I know that they are a great value. Spend your money wisely. -
Question: Does this have liquid in the packet or its pure detergent? Planning to bring in the plane.
Answer: No liquid, just plain detergent. -
Question: What kind of information I can trust 117 tabs/photo, 125 counts/price, 110ct/text ?
Answer: My order came in a box, rather than in a jar and contains 94 tabs wrapped. -
