    Gentler than most
    I liked this product better other than others. No cramping or nausea which is great. Only this it gives you is gas. Directions indicate that it works in 8-12 hours, well it works in more like 3-4 hours so stay home.

    Love this product. It works as advertised. About 16 hours after taking it-it gently relieved constipation-no explosive diarrhea. Recommended it to a family member and it worked great for him too.

    Was up all night
    I took 2 around 8pm and i been up all night not sure why it would suggest taking it before bed if it works so fast.

    Great product
    This product definitely works. It worked in 6hrs for me; it gave me slight cramps but it wasn't that serious. Definitely would recommend this.
