Answer: The ingredients are: Ginko Biloba, Phosphatidylserine, rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate and soy (lecithin). That is everything listed on the bottle. I'm not positive about the gluten content of rice or soy, but they are in the product. phosphatidylserine, -

Question: What's the source of the Phosphatidylserine ingredient? I read animal sources (cow brains) should be avoided for fear of mad cow disease.

Question: How large are the capsules? Are they hard to swallow?
Answer: I have trouble swallowing large capsules; however, these are manageable. Since they are capsules, you could open them & spread contents on a little yogurt, applesauce, or other food.
