      Answer: They work great for me. I have them in a pair of summer sandals with 3" heels and they do not make the straps around my feet feel any tighter. My feet were sliding forward so much the shoes looked too big from behind. With these inserts I am good to go. All of that being said, I have not worn them in regular high heels. I would give them a shot though.

    Good cushion, not sweat absorbent.
    Good cushion, but failed to absorb sweat as it is a gel insert covered in mesh-looking fabric so my foot kept sliding forward. :/

    Would give it five stars but it pushes my foot to the top of the shoe, but they are very comfortable.

    Didn't work as I hoped they would. Foot still slips down farther in the sandal more than I wanted.
