    It works!
    I followed the suggestion of one reviewer of taking all four pills before bed time instead of the recommended 2 twice a day. Even then, nothing happened the first day but by the second day it was working. There was some uncomfortability, which is probably why they recommend twice a day versus all at once but nothing too major. I recommend drinking lots of water throughout the process.

    Easy on your stomach. No urgent running to the restroom. Great evacuation of stomach contents. DRINK your water when taking product for optimum results.👍🏽
