      Answer: Yes it comes with a small pamphlet with instructions.

      Answer: The Denneroll is a different shape. Your question isn't quite clear on what you're looking for. You should ask your doctor for a recommendation.
    • Question: Can you sleep on this pillow?

      Answer: This is not a traction pillow - it is a traction device of sorts. Ideal to use this for up to 25-30 minutes at a time. I would not recommend sleeping on this pillow (not really a pillow) because long time use could cause a major stiff neck. Instead get a traction pillow to sleep on.
    • Question: Is this hard or soft? How soft is this?

      Answer: Somewhat soft but not squishy. My husband uses it for relief of neck muscle pain.
    • Question: i need something that is extra strong and thick,is this it?

      Answer: Strong and very firm. Great for the neck but not super comfy

      Answer: No
    • Question: What is the height of the neck support area?

      Answer: 6 in tall on the sides. 4 in tall in the dip.

    Excellent product.
    I love this wedge pillow! The foam is so soft and supportive, and the traction really helps with my neck pain. Five stars!

    Good value for the price.
    I was hesitant at first because of the price, but it's really worth it. I'm sleeping better and my neck pain has decreased significantly. Highly recommend!
