    These are so soft and comfortable to use but with a resistant core that makes them very effective.

    It helps with exercise the hands, fingers, and the wrist.
    I like the squeezable way it allows me to gently move my hand around it.

    It works!
    I have crippling pain in hands from Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I'll admit to being skeptical, but this does help. Glad I bought it!
