Question: Do any of the sound selections include some bird sounds?
Answer: No, none of the sounds are specifically bird sounds. -
Question: Do I have to use only the slumber scents oils?
Answer: We do suggest using the HoMedics oils, however you can use any 100% pure oil you would like. Remember to stick to the cleaning instructions provided! -
Question: Can this be connected to alexa?
Answer: Unfortunately the product will not work with Alexa. -
Question: Can you set the time you want for the diffuser alone? I would like it diffuse about two hours before I wake up.
Answer: Unfortunately, no. You can only set one alarm at a time on this model, so you would have to have the diffuser go off at the same time as the wake alarm. -
Question: Can you set the diffuser to start with or before the alarm?
Answer: You can set the alarm to go off with the diffuser. -
Question: I cant seem to disable the alarm function no matter what length of time (brief or long) I press the alarm button, what should the display say?
Answer: The center button on the back of the clock controls the alarm. Depress it twice in succession and the alarm icon on the display will go off. Then the alarm is disabled. -
Question: What is the return policy on this?

Question: I have another clock just like this. You cannot even smell the aromatherapy. Can you smell the oils? Is it subtle or strong?
Answer: Depends on how much oil you put in it. I can definitely smell the oil.
