Answer: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. A ketogenic diet is a very low carb diet, often less than 50 grams a day. Vega® Essentials has 5g of carbs (with 4g of fiber) per serving. Answer: Hi, In our Vega® protein powders, including Vega® Essentials shake, we do not use nuts as ingredients however our powdered products are not produced in a certified nut-treenut-free facility. For that reason we cannot make the claim that our nutritional shakes are nut free. Answer: No, the product I received does not contain hemp protein. -

Answer: I don't know. It tasted so bad I threw it away. All of the protein powders I've tried recently are terrible! -
Question: I miss the coffee flavor they used to have. Does this have any coffee or coffee flavor to it, or does it taste mostly chocolaty? Any caffeine?
Answer: Mocha Vega Essentials contains <15 mg caffeine per serving. Chocolate Vega Essentials contains 6 mg caffeine from cocoa powder, per serving.
