Question: The wax crayons don’t really work but if I buy the markers will that work better?
Answer: The crayons are to be used to fill holes or deep scratches. The markers are excellent. I highly recommend having a rag to wipe access off with each application until your happy with the color. I found that if the color is too dark, don't use a heavy hand. Apply lightly and wipe off. I also recommend trying the markers in a place where it can't be seen. Then you won't have to worry if it's too dark. Good luck! -
Question: Does this work on wood veneer kitchen cabinets? I have edges that have faded over time and the color is gone.
Answer: It worked on my veneer entertainment center. I would try it on the inside of the cabinet. This way you can see if you like the color and how many times to reapply if necessary. It gets darker with each application. -
Question: Will this work on small scratches in vinyl plank floors?
Answer: I don’t know, but seems like that it would. With the crayons heat the crayon as you are applying. -
Question: are they permanate
Answer: Thank you for asking! They indeed are permanent. However, just like the original paint of the furniture, it may get scratched and worn off over a long period of time. -
Question: Do these markers have a lot of ink in them? I’m wondering if I could use these for crafts.
Answer: Yes they do have a lot of ink in them. The ink dries super fast as well. -
Question: Wax sticks. what are they made of? bees wax? im allergic.
Answer: The wax sticks are enclosed in plastic. You won’t have Direct contact with them unless you open the wrapper. -
Question: do any of these markers work on ikea red brown furniture?
Answer: I have not used on Ikea furniture; however, I think that they would work. -
Question: Will they work on water spots?
Answer: Water spots rub Mayo on it . Leave 10 minutes and then use the kit . -
Question: would these work to cover up acetone and rubbing alcohol stains on a table?
Answer: I have only used them to cover up scratches and dents in the wood, but I don’t see why the pens would not work on other stains. -
Question: If I use these markers on to stain basswood that may have glue spots, will the stain cover the glue spots evenly?
Answer: I have only used these on wood directly- and they worked well. Can you sand the glue spots off (very light sanding, not heavy sandpaper) and then try?
