Answer: The sleeves are made of Nylon (60%), Polyester (10%) and Latex (30%). They are durable and breathable with a velvety soft feel without feeling thick or chafing the skin. Hand wash with cold water and air dry after use. -
Question: Can I wear these over my socks in my cleats while I play baseball?
Answer: Yes, you can wear the braces without the straps over socks and in sneakers for the gym or work. Sometimes the compression is quite tight and you may have to take them off after a number of hours. -

Answer: Yes, it can help. Start slowly and try not to get aggressive too fast. -
Question: I wear a woman's 12 Narrow. What size should I order?
Answer: It’s adjustable, so you shouldn't have any problems with your size. -
Question: I wear a women's 11. What size should I order?
Answer: This seems to run small. So, for your size 11, we advise going up to an extra large. -
Question: Is there a size chart? I wear a women’s 9-9.5.
Answer: Yes, the size chart is available in one of the photos. Large is right for you. -
Question: Will this help during playing soccer?
Answer: If you are having pain in your arch area, this should help. However, it is recommended for plantar fasciitis.
