Question: Where do u apply it for stress

Question: Does this help people sleep better? I was curious about it since I have a sleep issue.
Answer: I use this on my hands soothing feel and smell so not sure if used on your neck and pulse points if it would help you, certainly couldn’t hurt, but there are roll on different smells for sleep aid -
Question: Do you heat it up?
Answer: No, if you use it directly as a paste, you don't have to heat it. If you want it more liquid, you do. It will be more or less liquid any way, depending on the temperature at which it is stored and /or the temperature of the room.
