Answer: Hello, that info wasn’t on my bottle so I called the company and they told me that all their tablets are manufactured in Deer Park, New York which is their only manufacturing facility. -

Question: Is this supposed to cause a cough?
Answer: It is my understanding that if mucus has accumulated in your bronchial tubes leading to your lungs and has gotten thick, making it harder to breathe, this medication helps to thin it so that you CAN cough it out. Otherwise, you may get an infection (bronchitis) requiring antibiotics. It can also help thin the mucus in the nose and sinuses, which won't necessarily cause you to cough. Drink lots of water to help the meds work the best. So, no, it is not supposed to make you cough just to cough. There is another version, the MDM, which helps control a cough. This medication works really well for me and is much cheaper than the name brand. -
