Answer: Según escrito en el frasco si y también contiene potasio. -

Answer: Sugieren que empiece con 1 capsula en el desayuno y una capsula en el almuerzo el primer dia. En el segundo día tomar 1 capsula por comida para un total de 3. Al tercer día 2 capsulas en el desayuno, 1 capsula en el almuerzo y 1 capsula en la cena para un total de 4. Al cuarto día 2 capsulas en el desayuno, 2 capsulas en el almuerzo y 1 capsula en la cena para un total de 5. Al quinto día se alcanza la dosis máxima, con 2 capsulas en las tres comidas al día para un total de 6 capsulas diarias. Permanecer en esa dosis para cada día, una vez se alcance. Como información adicional, el magnesio en exceso pudiera causar diahrreas, el creador del suplemento recomienda que en caso de causar diahrreas se vuelva a la dosis antes de que sucediera. -

Answer: Start with 3 teaspoons in a 8oz glass of water on day one, then add an extra teaspoon each passing day until you get a loose bowel! Whatever the number of teaspoon you had the day before the bowel movement is your particular number to remember..also magnesium work in partnership with potassium caps for a better result. -
