      Answer: No, unfortunately, it is not spill proof. Maybe try a toddler's "sippy cup". They are made to be more spill proof. Good luck.

    Didn’t get to use it but received it
    Bought this for my elderly dad who was having problems holding cups steady. We returned it without using it as he went into hospital before it arrived. When it arrived I was impressed with how it looked and felt. It was sturdy and made of high quality material. I’m certain that had we used it we would have been very happy with it.

    Too small. It's for a child.
    Not what I expected. It's not the size that I wanted however I decided to keep it for my grandchild when she comes over.

    Essential for any motor-impaired individual
    Light weight, easy grip handle, and the cover seals tightly to avoid spillage. Just be sure you have the correct size straw to fit in the hole. Wish it came in a bit larger capacity, but purchased two! A big help, much appreciated! Great product.
