Question: Does this give permanent relief from spasms?
Answer: Unfortunately I'm not certain ANYTHING gives permanent relief from pain unless the exact cause and "cure" is known. I suffered from cirrhosis and the months prior to my liver transplant the agony of cirrhosis spasm and cramps was overwhelming. Pain meds were not an option either. My wife found this product and upon using it I was truly amazed (and thankful). I can honestly tell you that, for the cramps and spasms caused by this disease, I received anywhere from 60% to 95% relief. The spasms could show up at any time of day, two, three or tens times per 24 hours. This product was the only relief I was able to find. Used it after the shower on my feet, thighs, calfs, hands....well essentially on all major body parts. It worked for me and I still have 5-10 cans of it left in my closet (thank goodness I no longer need it). I have even used it on my arthritic hands and knee. I get decent results from that. Of course, your results may differ. Good luck. -
Question: Do you have any double-blind studies to support the claims?
Answer: I don’t know if there are any studies to support this claim, but applying this medication to my thighs daily has now become a part of my daily lifestyle. I used to get severe thigh cramps that would awaken me from my sleep and then take about 20-30 minutes for me to try to stand up & eventually walk the cramp out. That has not happened since I’ve been using this product daily. -
Question: is it good for back cramps

Question: Does this help with rls (restless leg syndrome) with cramps in the calf’s and arches of feet?
Answer: Most definitely! I had 8 1/2 hr back surgery in Jan 2018 and suffer from back pain and severe leg and feet cramps! This stuff works! It doesn’t take all the back pain away but relieved it and the cramps are getting less and less! I don’t think you will be disappointed! -

Question: will it help cramps in front of thigh?
Answer: Yes, my cramps have been from the thigh down in both legs. I use it every day and it helps with cramps. I would buy it by the case if I could afford it.
