    • Question: What reactions can I expect my body to due or feel during the 5 days?

      Answer: How you react depends on how toxic you are, your age and overall health. I am not a doctor, just a retiree. I probably am more toxic and less healthy than most under 60 just because of age. I found it quite tolerable. It was just a lot of work. You have to focus on the routine and make it happen. Order a bottle of Dr. Schulze's SuperFood Plus as the detox kit mentions using it in the process, but I didn't know to get it too. Go to Dr. Schulze's website and pull off as much information as you can before beginning. Keep to the routine!!! Drink lots of water to help get the toxins released out of your blood stream. Not much is accomplished if they can't get out. Stay away from all fats as they slow down detox - even healthy fats. Don't plan projects or anything to create stress - relax and praise yourself for making the effort to accomplish this. Whatever your reaction, drink more pure water and keep your bowels moving. Those are key! Good luck!

      Answer: Everything you need to complete Dr. Schulze’s 5-Day LIVER Detox is inside this box. However, if you are new to cleansing, we recommend two additional products that will help your chances of success greatly. First, if you are opting for the “Advanced” or "Intermediate” food programs while doing this detox, it is best to start your day with a nutrient and vitamin-rich smoothie. For the 5-Day Liver Cleanse, being near a bathroom is not a requirement. However, individual results may vary, as everyone's experience is different, and suggest that you at least have access to a bathroom any time you are doing a cleanse.

    I bought this 6 yrs ago and did the cleanse to about the 3rd/4th day. I just couldn’t but even then I felt SO MUCH BETTER. My brain fog had cleared, I had more energy. I’ve only entered my 3rd decade recently, but dealing with depression medication, adhd medication, and all the physical toll that takes, plus regular modern life takes on you- the junk food, the pollution, the STRESS leaves you with maybe not a diseased liver but certainly a taxed one that left me saying I’m WAY too young to feel like this but there I was anyway. I had been off meds for a few years but still feeling the ill effects. My friend had done the bowel cleanse but I gravitated towards this. I’ve done strong Chinese herbal tonics before- same concept and quite similar ingredients actually but I wasn’t ready to belly up the $ for it. I was however ready to give my body the right herbs and foods to help repair or at least give my liver as much of a day off as it can ever have while I’m still living. I’m so glad I did. It’s been 6 years, I’ve chosen to stay away from Rx and manage in other ways like brain training, meditation, etc. but I’m beginning to feel lethargic again. So. I’m back. And what’s crazy is the LGB tonic tastes good rn so, I must need it. I’ll report back next week! I intend to do the full 5 days this time and not chicken out.
