Question: How soon does this product being to work?

Question: How much should you take dally
Answer: It says take 2 droppers in the morning and at night. It's not a full dropper though, when you squeeze it's only 1/3 to 1/2 filled- that's stated in their instructions as well. However, depending on how severe your symptoms are you may find once a day works for you. For instance, my sister is in the beginning stages of menopause and her symptoms are mild and are kept under control taking this only 1 time a day. While my aunt who is well into 5 years menopause takes it twice as day as recommended. I can say that this works for both very well. And it is definitely worth a try before beginning HRT. Answer: It sure has BIG time! I've tried quite a few other kinds be it pills or lotions. This is by far the best. Some have said the taste isn't pleasant but for me I actually like it. No problem what so ever. My nights aren't perfect yet (one or two light night-sweats) but my days I have nothing more than maybe one warm-up but just a hair if even that. I say it's a must. -

Answer: This product does contain a base of purified water & vegetable glycerin. Glycerin is a form of sugar alcohol however you only take 1/4 of a teaspoon per day so that wouldn't be enough to spike your blood sugar level and the benefits of this product are truly amazing. If you are still concerned just take it in the morning with your first meal when blood sugar levels tend to be on the lower side. I hope this information helps you!!
