    Overview

    This Thermacell Mosquito Repellent Refills (16-Pack) contain 4 butane cartridges and 12 repellent mats. Each cartridge works for up to 12-hours to provide a total of 48-hours of repelling power. They will repel mosquitoes, black flies and no-see-ums so you can enjoy your outdoor activities.

    • Question: Is each pad single-use, or can you use a pad one evening, remove cartridge or otherwise turn off the device, then turn it back on another evening?

      Answer: Pad is reusable. Probably should be changed each time you replace the fuel cartridge but I don’t always replace it then and it continues to work fine. If mosquitoes start to bite then it’s time to replace the pad!
    • Question: Does this have content 16 butane refill cartridges & 48 repellent pads?

      Answer: I had same question and it's looking like they may be using an intentionally misleading description and this may only include 8 butanes and 24 pads. If that is the case then this is a horrible price.
    • Question: how can I replace charging cord?

      Answer: This is the thermo cell that is simply inserted to various repellent units - there is no charging cord for this. If you need to replace a cord on a specific unit. You would have to show or link that particular unit.
    • Question: Do the repellent pads loose their potency I have some old ones

      Answer: I’m going to say no I have a few of the pads that are a couple of years old. Now you should be good as long as the aluminum foil pack is sealed!

    I really dislike mosquitoes!
    This item works! You just have to remember to let it work about 15 minutes before you want to stay outdoors.

    EXCELLENT!!!
    A friend swore by this and she’s allergic to deet. Love this product and make sure you get the MR 450 or newest one. Sometimes the machine does shut off and try to start it 15 minutes before.

    I am bug candy!
    We love our Thermacells and the ease of changing fuel cartridges and scent pads. They work so good in the horrible bug ridden NC. The insects here were quite a shock when we moved here and Thermacell has been the best product I've used so far!
