    • Question: Why take out battery’s, can it be used with rechargeable hearing aids?

      Answer: This kit is used to take moisture out of the hearing aids. It may damage or lessen the life of the battery.
    • Question: How long does each capsule last?

      Answer: It depends on frequency of use. Instructions indicate that capsule should be changed when color changes from orange to transparent. ( When color is transparent, it indicates that capsule has absorbed water.) So, I'd answer that it should last at least 3 months. In my experience, it has been even longer. Thanks. F.     Drys hearing aid back to new.
    Works perfectly for getting any moisture out of my son's hearing aid. He's young and active. The trends to sweat when he works hard causing his hearing aid to stop working. He stores it in the case and is good as new.
