Answer: I used it before surgery. I don’t think it will improve the toe permanently. -

Answer: Yes, this could be worn around, but you would only want to pull the toe into a neutral position and not down as far as shown in the picture. It will maintain proper positioning, but will not stretch the right ligaments. You may want to wear it like that during the day and then spend some time with it in the down position while you’re watching Netflix at night. -
Question: I bought in 2021. Came with 2 straps. Picture shows one. Does it still include two?
