The active ingredients are potassium nitrate and sodium flouride; inactive, water sorbitol, hydrated silica, glycerin, PEG-8, cocamidopropyl betaine, flavor, xanthan gum, sodium saccharin, titanium dioxide, and sodium hydroxide. Answer: It's made in New Jersey; toothpaste doesn't require FDA approval. The active ingredient is sodium nitrate, which is better than fluoride for protecting and strengthening tooth enamel; -
Question: Can you bring this in your checked luggage? (is it tsa approved as it would likely need to comply with the 3-1-1 rule?)
Answer: In your checked baggage, yes. In your carry-on, I don't know but suspect no. If you are TSA-Pre, maybe, but I have never tried to take toothpaste that large through their inspection. I did carry medical powders in my carry-on, and they let that go thru, but better be ready for to lose anything that is questionable.
