Question: I usually make a Spirutein / soy milk shake after my morning ride- around an hour. Is this a good replacement for that?
Answer: Thanks for the question! The Skratch Labs Sport Recovery Drink mix contains a complete milk protein using real milk so it is not vegan. This is directly from the Skratch Labs FAQ section: "Milk protein is made up of whey and casein and is a complete protein containing all of the essential amino acids needed for human growth and function. Complete milk protein is amongst the highest quality protein for humans, better than either whey protein alone, casein protein alone, or any vegetable protein source. We choose not to deconstruct what nature created unlike other companies that use a partial protein in their recovery drink mixes." Hope this helps! -

Answer: Yes, it contains 392mg (8% DV) of Potassium per serving. -

Question: Can you pre-mix the shake in the morning and drink in the evening, with it still being effective?
Answer: I’ve mixed mine in the morning and then drank it later in the day. I do keep it cool, I wouldn’t let it get too warm. It should be fine. -
Question: Is the scoop supposed to be included in the pack? There was not one in mine and I’m not sure how to measure out what I need
Answer: There is a chance it is in the bag and got buried. Lay the product down on a flat surface and pat to see if you feel it. If you do not, don’t worry, here is a conversion using everyday kitchen measuring spoons. Sport Recovery Drink Mix Scoop: Add 1/3 cup of dry mix to enough water to make 12fl oz and shake (don't stir). -
Question: What happened to the vanilla flavour of this product? Has it gone for good?

Question: Is this product made in a nut free facility?
Answer: The facility that makes our hydration mix is a tree nut free facility since coconuts are not a botanical nut (classified as a fruit, even though the FDA recognizes coconut as a tree nut.) the facility does process some coconut products. -
Question: Product arrived opened, will you replace it for me? I am throwing away because it could be contaminated.
