Question: Can they be regenerated in the microwave?
Answer: I suggest you expose the capsule to the sun rather than put it in the microwave.But this method can only use once and of course the drying effect will not be as good as the new one.In order to protect your hearing aids,I strongly recommend you use a new capsule when it turns from orange to white. -
Question: Is there an expiration date on these? If so, how long are they good for (unopened)?
Answer: Hello,so far no expiration printed on,but all the capsule dates are fresh. This drying capsule has a shelf life of 3 year (unopened). Helen from Soundlink -
Question: how to install drying capsule in my phonak charger - does the cardboard part go in first?
Answer: cardboard down, dont forget to put a date on it so you know when you put it in and you know when its time to change it. -
Question: How long, on average, do these pellets last?
Answer: We have a plug in dryer for my daughter's hearing aids, these pellets are for traveling or for her at camp. This summer she had couple of pellets for two weeks camp and it seemed okay. -
Question: What is the diameter and thickness of these capsules?
Answer: They are 1" wide (diameter) and 1/2" deep!!!! -
Question: Can the desicant be recharged?
Answer: These are replacement capsules. You discard your old one an put in a new one. Nothing to recharge , recycle or reuse. They are made to replace these capsules help protect your aids from moisture getting into them. Hope this helps. -

Answer: I use it with my rechargeable hearing aids. -
