Question: Will this permanently correct hammer toe problem over time?
Answer: The Zen Toes may be saving my life by allowing me to walk; the Zen Toes help me to correct issues resulting from a minor stroke. It left the 3 little toes like claws curled under, and the 4th toe next to the big toe is a hammer toe. My understanding is that nothing but surgery will make my toes normal again. At my age - 76 - that is not an option. I use Zen Toes for pain management so I can walk. Not walking and no exercise will take me to another stroke. My efforts include cutting the three toes down to 2 one toes with bottom intact. Also I used one of the sets by cutting two of the top circles off and wrapping my little toe with them. I use the 1 circle connected to the bottom on the toe next to the little toe and the bottom part lifts all the smaller toes for relief. You can see this is a work in progress. I thank God daily for the genius who came up with Zen Toes! -
Question: do they work with flipflops?
Answer: Yes they will still work well with flaps. Bc they are not connected to the big toe at all. They will be visible but comfy. -
Question: Do you have a 4 pack with either left or right side only?
Answer: Flips to right to left. Keeps it toes on left from getting worse and keeps right toes from even curling. -
Question: Are these good for Morton toes also ?
Answer: Never heard of Morton toes. They are however good for Hammer toes. -
Question: Do these need to be replaced periodically or are they fairly durable?
Answer: I would suspect that depends on how much activity you are involved in. They are a sift gel but seem to be fairly durable. I get in 3 more miles of walk/run each day and after a couple of weeks don't notice any damage or degrading of the first set I got. -
Question: How should I wear them the first time??
Answer: Hello, they should be worn as the picture shows on the webpage as well as on the package. The 3 loops should be placed over the 3 center toes and the crest should fit along the shape of your foot. -
Question: I have diabetic feet and cannot have skin chafed off - has anyone had a problem with this product doing that?

Question: Can I use these with full foot custom orthotics?
Answer: It would depend on the thickness of the orthotics and how wide your shoe's toe box is. If the orthotics aren't too thick and you are wearing shoes with a wide-toe box, they should work. If you decide to try them and it doesn't work out please let us know. -
Question: I have small feet, will these fit or be too big?
Answer: They appear to be one size fits all at least to a point. I am a male with average size 9 feet and they fit very comfortably.
