Question: Can this be used on the arms from the elbow down? Trying to ice my forearms and the back side. Can I make this snug enough.
Answer: Yes, it comes with different size straps to help wrap whatever body part you are icing. It shouldn’t be a problem to get a snug fit. -
Question: Lost instructions. Recommended heat time in microwave?
Answer: Microwave Method Since the power microwave oven may vary from device to another, you need to find out the best heating time for its first-time use. Here are the steps: 1. Place the gel pad in the oven and make sure the gel pad is flat and evenly distributed. 2. Heat the gel pads for 30 seconds and test it every 10 seconds until you can feel that the temperature is good 3. Write down the perfect heating time for your own microwave oven 4. Do the same process if you want to use it again. To make it warm, heat the pack directly. -
Question: Has anyone tried wearing this for keeping cool when working in high temperatures?
Answer: The frozen material will only keep you cool for 30 to 45 minutes. If you’re outside in the hot weather you’ll be lucky to get 15 to 20. Are use this as comfort after a rotator cuff surgery. -

Answer: We have only used cold. -
Question: will this get the front back of shoulder and the upper arm cold? will it get the arm pit also
Answer: You will definitely be able to get that fit on a small child, but not on an adult. You would have to ice each area separately. -

Answer: One ice pack, and one sleeve. -
Question: Will this reach the inner scapula(back) as well as the top of shoulder, plus over the shouder+to upper arm? I dont see these applications.
Answer: I wouldn't think it would be big enough for the inner scapua & over the shouder. I would think it would need to be a little bit larger.
