      Answer: This kind of answer is a red flag; it is either not less than 5% as some other manufacturers clearly states or their Quality Control is quite poor!

      Answer: It's a white, plastic, recyclable bottle.

      Answer: takes a few days to feel the effect

      Answer: Not to my knowledge but always better to ask you health care provider or someone who has firsthand knowledge. I am a little beyond that stage in life. If it were me, I would absolutely take it.... but that is me! Stress less days to you!

    Stale.
    These used to be good, but I am not sure I can purchase these anymore. The last two bottles have been completely stale with a bad smell and taste. In the past they smelled noticeably fresh and didn't taste like anything. Now it has a bad smell and noticeably bad taste just as if I was taking something really old and expired even though the bottle does not say they are expired. It could be the gel caps. Not sure. I am not even sure they are as affective as they used to be either. It's too bad. I used to really like these and the fact that they have pure ingredients with no fillers. Now I think I have to look elsewhere.

    Usually good but last batch was horrible
    I have been using this product for over a year with good benefits. It has kept me from getting frequent chest infections, improved my sleep and helped boot my energy levels. I had is on subscription. In the almost 2 year time, it arrived more than a month before I needed it, so it was out or the return window. However, when I opened the bottle, it have a horrible smell and made me nauseated. Since it came over 30 days ago, I could not return it and had to throw it in trash. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to such products. Pay the extra 10-12 cents per month and do a monthly order.

    Amazing for stress and anxiety
    My boss recommended these because I'd been very stressed lately and had anxiety, I bought these to give them a shot. I am very impressed with the effectiveness of the Ashwagandha, specifically this brand with the black pepper in it. I have taken these in the morning, (as instructed though only 2 a day) sometimes in the afternoon, and sometimes before bed. I noticed that taking them in the afternoon you feel relaxed, taking them before bed and you'll sleep well, and in the morning, I just feel in a good mood. I don't take them every day anymore as I've been able to overcome my stress and anxiety thank the Lord, but I take them every now and then when I'm tired after a long day of work.

    Seems to help with stress
    Tried a few different brands before but this one seems to do the trick in alleviating stress as it's the first one I've used with black pepper as an ingredient. While I haven't tried KSM-66, that will be one of my future purchases.
