Question: Why might one choose the 2 head model vs 1 head model?
Answer: I personally like the duel model because it cleans more surface area in the same amount of time. The one benefit I noticed from the 1 head model is it cleans behind the molars better because of the smaller profile. -
Question: Does the base charge when not plugged in or just hold the toothbrush.
Answer: Hi. Your Oral-B Vitality Flossaction toothbrush will charge only when the base is actually plugged in. It will take 16 hours for your brush to charge, and the charge will last up to 5 days of brushing, when brushing twice a day for 2 minutes each time. Question: Do the brush heads come in different levels of hard/medium/soft?
Answer: No. They are all fairly soft. However, you can try the Sensitive Gum Care brush head if none of the others are soft enough for you. It's extra soft. -
Question: Can anyone recommend a softer head?
Answer: When I used manual toothbrushes I always had to have the softest toothbrush or my sensitive gums would hurt and feel raw after brushing my teeth. The Oral-B Vitality has a standard brush head and if you gently place it on your teeth and gums, slowly rotate it throughout your mouth and allow the device to work its magic - it will not irritate your gums. This has been my experience and I am very satisfied with the Oral-B Vitality. Try the Oral-B Vitality using a gentler and softer touch. If you press the brush hard against your teeth and gums, you may experience a problem. -
