Question: Does this new stand come with room to store the pads in like the old version?
Answer: No! It does not. The packaging inside still says to load the pads into the hub. Looked all over it's not there. very frustrating and now have to load by hand which is actually fairly gross. -
Question: Are there any unscented pads available?
Answer: No. At this time, we do not offer unscented refill pads for this product. -
Question: Does the wand come with a hook so it can be hung from the side of the toilet?
Answer: It has in the past if you buy the starter kit (wind and brush pieces). thereafter I just buy the brush peices. However, the last time I bought both the new wands and the brushpieces together there were no hooks. I opened up a paperclip, and hung the brush from the side of the toilet tank that way. -
Question: Can I get a hub / dispenser for the disposable heads? No such thing is included and currently have to put these on by hand - yuck.
Answer: I woudl just suggest going to the dollar store and buying disposable gloves and using those dollar tree sells a 100 count for 1$ -
Question: What impact does the material drained have towards the environment? what is it made of? and could it clog narrow drains?

Question: The stand is ok but i really want the storage caddy! i can only find used caddies for $50-$100 on ebay... please bring back the storage caddy?
Answer: Go to the scrubbing bubbles website and make the request. I did see one on bonanza for $25 -
Question: Can the wand be used for both flushable and throw away pads?
Answer: The wand has a flat end where the pad goes. It works like a chip clip or binder clip, to clip the pad in place. If the pads you buy are shaped the same, it should work. It won't work with the round clip in pads some brands have, though. I try not to flush anything anyways, unless it already disintegrated as I'm using it. Like never ever flush flushable baby wipes. They will haunt you later abd the plumber will make a fortune out of you -
Question: does this remove toilet rings
Answer: It depends on how bad a ring is but it really clean up great -
Question: is it safe to use this in a toilet that has Kaboom Continuous Clean?
Answer: Scrubbing Bubbles® Fresh Brush MAX and Fresh Brush Flushable can be used with other toilet cleaning products that do not contain bleach. -
Question: does it fit in the small toilet hole?
Answer: Yes, it does fit in the hole. I prefer this one to the scratchy pad one. The scratchy one comes off, so need to be careful.
