Question: How long does this one take to put your body into keotsis Where Pruvit takes 30 minutes?
Answer: Any of the exogenous ketone products containing goBHB salts will put ketones in your blood stream relatively quickly. If you're not limiting carbs you're not in ketosis no matter what the brand of product you drink. This product made by Sports Research is excellent and just as good as Pruvit Keto//OS 2.1. Both products use goBHB, which is patented by the University of South Florida, in equivalent amounts, so you should get similar results. -

Question: Im not keto but alternate day faster. Would something like this make the 36 hour fasts somewhat easier?
Answer: No, it wouldn't, I don't feel. These would "fill" you up in the same sense that water does, but if you're not doing Keto, then it would literally give you no purpose to use it. They're just made to up the ketone levels in your body and you would essentially be drinking an over priced lemonade if you're not using it for that sole purpose that it provides. The best thing you'd be able to do is give it time, or maybe try a different time frame of intermittent fasting. Hope that helped to answer. <3 -

Answer: Idk why it says 30. The Jar says 20 servings if you use 1 scoop. There is only 10 days if you do 2 scoops a day -
Question: Can you purchase single serve packs for traveling while using this product?
Answer: Other brands do, not this one. Search online. -
Question: Can someone describe how the raspberry lemonade, fruit punch and watermelon taste?
Answer: I just got the fruit punch and love the taste. It truly taste like any fruit punch flavor you buy. Idk how else to describe it. It's seems sweet. I just use more water which helps me get my water intake I need. I think it's as good as Hawaiian punch flavor. I didn't see watermelon as an option to buy. I'd love to try watermelon if I find it. But I will buy the fruit punch again. I'll probably subscribe it next time. -
