      Answer: As far as I can tell and all the information I have read, my opinion is, there is no Ergothioneine in this product. Ergothioneine is found in bolete and oyster mushrooms. This is Maitake, Reishi and Shiitake mushrooms.

      Answer: USA
    • Question: what is the conventional way I understand that the mushroom benefits are in the roots only

      Answer: Actually, it's the exact opposite. The beta glucans (the important bit) are concentrated in the fruiting body (the mushroom we see), not in the roots (mycelium).
    • Question: I can't find anywhere in the description what part of the mushroom is used to make this product, the fruiting body or the mycelium.

      Answer: It's probably mostly the substrate root and fruiting body. If it was only fruiting bodies, I'm sure they would use that as a selling point
    • Question: Does this mushroom complex include Maitake d- fraction?

      Answer: according to the bottle it includes Maitake 200mg,Shitake 200mg and Reishi 200mg and that about it
    • Question: is this ahcc?

      Answer: Although this supplement is composed of mushrooms typically included in AHCC products, there are no claims on the manufacture's part that it is.
    • Question: Is China involved in any way in sourcing or putting these ingredients together?

      Answer: The label indicates manufactured by Bronson Laboratories, Hauppage, NY. You need to ask them about any China connection
    • Question: is this curcumin?

      Answer: No. Curcumin is a component of tumeric.
