Question: Would this be a good broom to clean out a fireplace?
Answer: Can’t say for sure, but it’s a good size and sturdy for small jobs/places. Though I bought it for my granddaughter, I’ve used many times instead of my big broom. -

Question: Does this broom have a hole in the handle so it can be hung from a nail?
Answer: No it doesn’t come with a hole in the handle. I drilled a small hole in the handle and ran a ty-wrap through the hole. I hang it up using that instead of the wooden handle. -
Question: I see a review that the broom sheds bristles around the house. True?
Answer: Ours doesn’t shed bristles and it gets a lot of use. We’re very pleased with it. -
Question: What is the length of the broom head, metal ring to end of bristles? I need one with stiff bristles for outdoor use.
Answer: From bristles to metal ring is 13”. Overall length is 33”. The bristles are just like a regular broom. This one is truly a child size broom. -
Question: are the bristles stiff or do they give when you are sweeping?
Answer: The bristles are stiff. -
Question: How wide is the broom?
Answer: Mine flairs out to seven inches at the bottom of the bristles, but the kids have gotten mine wet, so a new one may not be that wide.
