Question: About how long does this last? It seems small.
Answer: My husband used this on a week trip to Africa. Even with frequent use, there is still over half a bottle left. It worked better than Off. -
Question: How can i make my own spray?
Answer: You can most certainly make your own. I have their terrasheild oil and have made my own in a spray bottle- 1/4 cup witch hazel 1/4 cup water. 20 drops TerraShield. 5 drops Cedarwood oil. 5 drops Lemon oil. 5 drops Lavender oil. -
Question: Does this deter spiders..., especially growing bigger ones?
Answer: not sure about spiders but gnats and mosquitos yes better than any other spray I've tried it's a little oily and the smell is not good but it works so who cares :) -
Question: What are the ingriedients
Answer: I believe it is lemon grass and eucalyptus as the main ingredients but there are several others as well. My number is 847-293-6355. I can take a picture of ingredients and send it to you if you want -
Question: Is this just terrashield oil mixed with fractionated carrier oil and in a spray bottle?
Answer: I'm sorry I can't answer your question about the fractioned carrier oil as I gave it to someone who was going to Puerto Rico after the Hurricane, but it was in a spray bottle and worked very well! -
Question: Do I need to dilute this spray? The directions say to...just checking. Thanks!
Answer: You don't need to dilute, you can use directly. If it's odor is strong for you ylcan dilute with water -
Question: Can I use this on my face?
Answer: This is a good question. The essential oils in this product do a great job for outdoor activities to help with bugs. However, you shouldn't apply anything to your face which could get into your eyes or ears or other sensitive areas. The caution label says, "Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas." So a good rule of thumb: apply to your neck and arms and legs. The goal isn't to apply 'everywhere'. Instead the goal is to have the aromatic benefits of the oils surround you with protection. -
Question: does this repel & fight off mosquitos?
Answer: Well, I think mosquitoes still come to me..or I need to apply more!
