Question: How many people that have used this for 3 months or more seen any effect or benefit after taking this?
Answer: 40yr old male. I have had slightly high liver enzymes for as long as they have checked my blood, Dr was never worried however. I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and started taking trulicity which gave me horrendous gut pain, reading online I found it was most likely bile issues caused by medicine. Decided with high enzymes already and now maybe a bike issue I gave this a try. The almost ulcer feeling I had been having that I blamed on stress, heartburn, and the I'll effects of trulicity all vanished within a week. Liver enzymes actually increased in first blood test Dr said this was to be expected as the liver flushed toxins. She encouraged me to continue. The reduced stress, and overall better feeling triggered wait loss in week three. Down 25lbs with no change, attributed this to the reduced feeling of stress even though it really has not decreased. I can't recommend this product enough -

Answer: This has milk thistle seed 1000mg and dandelion root 50mg. Milk thislte is silymarin marianum. -
Question: What is the expiration date?
Answer: The expiration dates are on the bottle. I have never had any issues. Using it over a year and my numbers have gone down. Hope this helps. -
Question: What is the ratio? 4:1 Please be specific on the answer.
Answer: On their website they state it's a 9:1 extract, so you're only getting 111mg of Silymarin Marianum. -
Question: Does have soy or gluten?
Answer: I would say no as it is not listed on the label of ingredients. -
Question: Is this also a type of diuretic?
Answer: Yes it is but only because they added Dandelion Root. Dandelion is a natural diuretic which cleans out kidneys. Its a low amount but a good thing. If the Silymarin is cleaning out your liver, you want your kidneys to flush out the toxins right away. All good. Just add some extra potassium and magnesium and Vit C while taking this. All three can be bought as bulk powders, mixed with water. Take 1/3 tsp of each 2 x day for cleansing. You need all 3 anyway for life. Everyone is deficient in these minerals and Vit C. All extremely good for you. Your skin will glow! -

Answer: no. milk thistle is naturally caffeine free.
